Stays, transport, listed meals, entry tickets and permits are itemised on every itinerary. Anything not covered — like personal shopping or optional activities — is stated up front, so there are no surprise costs on the trip.
Yes. Most of our trips are built around the group — family holidays, honeymoons, college groups and corporate outings all get their own pace, stays and route.
Solo travellers join most of our group departures. Stays are verified, drivers are people we've worked with for years, and a coordinator travels with the group throughout.
Cancellations more than 15 days before departure are refunded minus the booking charge. Closer to the date, refunds depend on what hotels and transport operators have already confirmed — the exact terms are on your booking confirmation.
UPI, bank transfer, credit and debit cards. You'll get a receipt for every payment along with your final voucher before departure.
